For our team at LH Hotel Dvořák Tábor, we are looking for new colleagues with a pleasant demeanor for the position of RECEPTIONIST
What is the job description of a receptionist?
- client care
- reservation processing
- mailing
- cash book management
- check-in and check-out
- issuing documents and invoices
- straining sales
- preparation of materials for maids and restaurants
What do we demand?
- good knowledge of the English language at least at B1 level
- pro-client demeanor and strong customer orientation
- experience with the HORES+ hotel system and knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
- this is shift operation in the short / long week system
- 12 hour working hours
